Meeting Point: Meet at the carpark at corner of Darling St West and Westminster Street at 4.45 PM for sign-on and ready to commence walking at 5.00 PM.

Directions: If travelling south along Anzac Avenue go through the lights at Canning Street (Warwick turnoff) then turn right at the Darling Street West sign. If coming from the west, turn into Boundary Road from Drayton-Wellcamp Road and then left into Darling Street West.. 

The Walk: From our start point we will head across to the Westbrook Lookout, then wind our way to North Summit Lookout. Most of the walk will be on the tracks that have been created by council in recent years. The remainder is on the wider fire trails. Sturdy footwear is recommended as the track surface has plenty of smaller rocks embedded in it, as well loose ones on the surface.

What to bring: Please make sure you have 1 to 2 litres of water depending on your requirements. As the weather is still warm to hot, I recommend either long pants or gaiters as snakes are still active.       

Dinner: We will dine at The Downs Hotel, with the aim to be there by 7.30pm. Anyone coming for dinner only, please arrive by that time.
